The front office is friendly and very accommodating. The MA who took me back was so friendly, and I loved her energy!Dr. Joshua Jean is absolutely amazing. He's a good listener, knew what he was talking about, and helped me understand. I highly recommend him.The woman who did my lab work was also incredibly friendly.

I would rate Dr. Montesclaros with a u20130 if your scale allowed it. He downplayed my symptoms and wanted me to use an antibiotic that has made me sick in the past. I asked three times to prescribe Azithromycin, which I have had excellent results in the past. I emphasized the accurate spelling. Without going into extra detail, he prescribed the wrong medication twice. I called MHC numerous times to rectify the error. What should have taken a few hours to correct ended up taking days of calling MHC. When I finally picked up the prescription, it was still wrong. I went to MHC to show them the prescription. My symptoms were getting much worse. Thank goodness, there was a nurse and a doctor that recognized the error and finally helped me. Within thirty minutes I had the correct prescription thanks to Dr. Leano. My complaint is not that Dr. Montesclaros made a mistake on the prescription, but he lacked empathy or concern to address the problem after my numerous phone calls. I would not recommend Dr. Montesclaros for anything. This was a very negative experience. Due to his lack of response, this prolonged and exasperated my condition significantly.

I don't know where to start. Don't go here don't go to MHC period. They don't care about you My wife had an appointment with Dr Pang MD, they left a message saying she would be out on maternity leave, do you think they scheduled her to see someone else? No. The refused to refill prescription Dr Pang said she should never stop taking. We tried to get her into see other doctors at MHC no luck. Still no prescription. CAN YOU SAY MALPRACTICE MHC. Today 4/22/25 we finally had an appointment, arrived early, only one couple waiting, 30 minutes after her appointment nothing. We waited over a year. MHC has no respect for your time or your health needs. If you ask to speak with a Manager or someone in charge all the sudden people on the phone or sitting at the front desk all the sudden get amnesia and can't remember the name or phone number of anyone in charge. This place has a lack of caring culture, the employees of MHC are there to collect a pay check. You as a patient are the dirt under their feet. Joshua Carzoli CEO, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

I'm 31 years old and came to Dove Mountain with a previous diagnosis of a generalized anxiety disorder as well as a prescribed med that was working okay but could be improved. The woman who did my intake paperwork trauma dumped on me. I mentioned that I used to own more cats (I had one run away) and she went into a minute long tangent giving me every excruciating detail of her watching her cat die via spider bite poison. I almost had a panic attack right then, and I have fixated on the thought of watching my cats die in this manner whilst having panic episodes since then thanks to this woman's inability to control herself in a way that is relevant to her job and the wellbeing of her patients. My one ask when I came to Dove Mountain was to see a talk therapist. They said great, you're in luck, we have openings. My first appointment is with a councilor/case manager type guy. These were more therapy sessions for him to vent about his job and his bipolar daughter than anything. I went to a few of these, but it soon became a struggle due to my social anxiety to get out the door. I cancelled a couple of appointments last minute for reasons directly related to what I'm seeking therapy for. Since they make these councilor appointments mandatory, these cancellations were held against me, and as it turns out, I'm actually on a waiting list to see a talk therapist, contrary to what I was told at intake. Gotta go to the councilor appointments first. Bait and switch. Spoilers: I never saw the therapist once.Things fell out rather slowly after that. The councilor appointments weren't doing me any good at all, so in my socially anxious brilliance I just stopped corresponding with him entirely. Not ideal but it's what happened. This deteriorated things with my doctor, who I at first had a good connection with. He was aware that my social anxiety was hampering my ability to get to my appointments but still seemed to hold it in judgment of my character without offering much else to assist with the situation. He basically said, in so many words, suck it up and find a way to get out the door to get to your appointments. We had one successful telehealth appointment, but the follow-up I apparently missed because I was only in the call 5 minutes early rather than 20, something I was later reprimanded for and told was draining the ample amounts of grace I was being granted. I was also told to contact my councilor or my health services would be terminated. During what was my final appointment with my doctor, I was so terribly anxious and just generally upset and socially uncomfortable that I sobbed for the entirety of it and the five minutes before and after. This 6 month period was one of serious turmoil in my mental health, with the end of every 30 days being a scramble to try and find me an appointment and make whatever promises were necessary to get my script filled so I didn't go off my meds. I don't know if this place is designed for more intensive care than what I was seeking help with or something but the whole experience was an absolute mess and I cannot understand why they continue to stick to their guns with a program that seems broken or barely held together.

Initially I thought this was a pretty good place to take my son to treat his ADHD. We started out at the Marana location for intake (initial intake appt. confirmed and then cancelled the day of appt) and switched over to dove mountain, thinking the location would be more convenient. Since he switched schools between grades, and several scheduling errors on this locationu2019s part, it actually became less convenient as it is further away from his current school and I had to pull him from class to get to the appts, only to have him turned away due to the double bookings, which his provider blamed on the phone/computer systems. Maybe the admin staff. He just said it wasnu2019t his fault. Very very frustrating and not good for a kid who struggles in school, which was the very reason why he started getting help here. He said he was not getting anything out of the appts. All they did was play board games for 30 minutes (sometimes only 15 min). It was a total waste of time and not the least bit worth it. I was hoping these sessions, paired with medication would be a comprehensive program to help him. But we finally found the right medication that made a big difference for his ADHD, and when that happened, I decided to stop wasting our time and gas going to this place. Itu2019s 40 minutes of driving from home, to school to pick him up, and to this location. Also, my son said he didnu2019t want to go anymore which is saying a lot because he will take advantage of any opportunity to miss school. This place e was on a list our pediatrician provided us who handles ADHD and takes our insurance. I will be sure to let her know our experience and tell her to remove MHC from the list, to save her professional reputation.
