Came in for a knee injury yesterday around 6pm. I really didnu2019t want to go to the hospital just for an X-ray and non-narcotic meds. X-ray showed no dislocation and no bone injuries. Great news. My knee was wrapped with Ace bandage, I got an intramuscular anti-inflammatory shot and a script for anti-inflammatory medication in case I need it. I was out of pain within an hour of that shot, what a blessing.nnThe PA on shift, Olu, was very kind and prompt to render treatment. I will go here again for emergencies moving forward.

This my first review ever on google just for my dad and the awesome service provided by Milford Urgent Care. The PA Arsalan who handled the procedure was outstanding. They took the time to explain the entire process, ensuring my dad felt comfortable and informed. Their professionalism and expertise were clear, and they showed compassion throughout the visit. The procedure was quick and efficient, and my dad experienced minimal discomfort while they removed the abscess thanks to their careful approach. The front desk team was also great. They were welcoming and nicely managed the check-in process. The clinic has a very busy environment, but they handled everything with professionalism, making the experience smooth from start to finish.nnI highly recommend Milford Urgent Care for their excellent medical care and friendly service, for making a potentially stressful situation so much easier for my dad.

Extremely unprofessional! Their hours online say they are open till 7:00 p.m. I got there at 5:20 p.m. only to have the doors locked lights off and nobody inside, good thing they have a sign hanging on the door stating that their new hours are until 6:00 p.m. I guess everyone just decided they were going to go home early today

Excellent care given by Dr. Embree. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen and explain things. Not all doctors do that anymore and you feel rushed out of there.
