This urgent care is one of the cleanest, most efficient, and friendliest urgent cares I have ever been to. Everything from the check-in process to the examinations are streamlined. The physicians and nurses are all super genuine people. Would recommend highly.

I had a rash so I went here to check it out. Waited 45 minutes before being seen. Sat in the room for another 45 minutes (what are we running up the clock??) waiting. Then doctor came and looked at rash for about 3 minutes, said Oh I've seen this before yep no problem, then went to print out something for 15 minutes (yep still sat there). The treatment was no treatment for this diagnosis, it'll just go away. Then months later got a bill for $138.22 and it's in collections. That was an expensive 5 minutes of interaction. Would not recommend this place.

To be able to make an appointment online prior to the visit is a great value. Being able to book an appointment time and complete the forms prior to the visit is an excellent option. The staff iwas professional, and I immediately had confidence in their level of service. The nurse practitioner was thorough and put me at ease with my concerns. Thank you.

Huge thank you to the doctor who saw me and the staff. While some systems may not be accommodating, the staff made me feel safe and welcome as a transman seeking care. Huge thank you to the dr (Jenn I believe) who handled the appt perfectly. Quick in and out and got what I needed!

I wish I had found them sooner, we're a big family and need to use walk in services from time to time. The staff was so kind, polite, professional. Registration was smooth and easy. They were on time (not late like...Emerson, always). The doctor and nurse practitioner also are efficient, take their time, show empathy. Even though they are a little farther from us we will be only going here.
