One of the best experiences Iu2019ve had going to the doctor. The office was very clean, the administrative staff worked sufficiently and quickly to impute and verify my information prior to me being seen. My wait time was approximately 10-15 minutes including filling out paperwork (Iu2019m a new patient, I arrived 6 minutes late) Dr. Robinson and her assisting nurse (I didnu2019t catch her name) were amazing. I donu2019t go to the doctor unless something is wrong so my last visit was years ago. While answering question about my last visit I didnu2019t feel judged for the long gap in time, I was able to ask as many questions as I could think of and not feel like I was being a hypochondriac. In short I felt heard and validated during and after my visit. I will recommend this practice to everyone.

Best GYN Iu2019ve ever had, Dr. Cohen is very patient and will work with you in finding all solutions to whatever your you situation maybe heu2019s excellent and I am happy to be one of his patients. His offices are very neat and clean and the atmosphere is simply amazingly welcoming.

This was my first time at this office. Office was clean and all employees were friendly. Parking was easy to find. 2 hrs parking meters heads up. They took me quick. I wasn't waiting for long. I was there for my annual woman wellness exam. Dr. Jane Lee NP and ultrasound sound tech Suzane were both very informative and very helpful. They made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend going to this office.

Iu2019ve been coming here now for a couple of years. I was originally being seen by NP(OBG) Angie Chan to me, she was the best at this facility, but unfortunately she no longer works at this center. I was appointed to a different doctor Dr. Robinson. At first, I had doubt, but she fulfilled my expectations and most importantly, listen to my concerns. They scheduled me with Dr. Robinson who listened to all of my concerns and came up with a plan. They scheduled me to have a procedure at 10:30 AM. I was not seen until 2 PM to 2:30 PM. The doctors and office staff is very non-informative. After sitting there for hours, I went to the front desk and asked why I was still here after my procedure was scheduled for in the morning. They told me that procedures are done in the afternoon and there wasnu2019t enough rooms and people who are doing non-procedures were seen first.nnOf course I wouldu2019ve had no issues with that if my procedure was not scheduled for a morning appointment. Itu2019s just mind blowing how you would schedule someone for a morning procedure, knowing that they would be sitting there for hours. Then to make it even worse, you donu2019t tell the person when theyu2019re scheduling the procedure. I was not told until after I was sitting there for hours. Then when the procedure is over, they donu2019t give you any informative information. I guess they expect you to go to Dr. Google. Like, who does that? Hello, I need to know after my procedures things to do and things not to do. No kind of pamphlet, nothing written out, nothing verbal said. I had to email a message in portal to ask all these information.nnThey have since removed me from the portal. Theyu2019ve unassigned me to any doctors. I canu2019t make any appointments or send any messages. Definitely not surprised because I reached out to the director of the facility and he wasnu2019t as helpful at all. Iu2019m sorry to say you will not find help here.
