Avoid! A Physician Assistant at the BWH ER on Francis Street was making all medical decisions to order and interpret an MRI, 2 CT, X-rays on the same day same patient in the ER. Her office is called Partners at 399 Revolution Dr. Except that nonprofit company became u201cMass General Brigham Home Careu201d in 2000 ( reviewed under MA Corporations). The PA appeared to have no experience, administered wrong medicines and wrong tests, and didnu2019t tell patient she was a PA, not a doctor. And appears to be employed for a nonprofit home visiting organization. The law requires for all PAu2019s to be supervised by a doctor. Upon calling the ER after discharge, the operator stated that they donu2019t allow for patients to speak to their treating doctors in the ER. Wrong medications and misdiagnosis can be lethal.

Partners Healthcare, Somerville does not shovel its sidewalks. This is incredibly irresponsible and endangering to the pedestrians and patients who walk across the hospital and towards Assembly row. It is three days after everyone else has cleared their sidewalks. This level of irresponsibility makes you a terrible neighbor with no excuses.

I was invited to go for my 1st Covid vaccine this week at Mass General Brigham at Assembly Row. They did an excellent job!! Free parking, signs and friendly people everywhere to direct you to the right spot. Check in was safe, well organized and safe. Chairs set up 6 feet apart in a row, with people to give you the shot immediately followed by someone to schedule your second shot. The handout I received covered everything I needed to know: possible side effects, what to know, when to worry, what to do, etc. It was well organized and easy to understand. Great experience!!
