My family was in Gatlinburg for a short vacation and both my son and I became ill. Out of desperation we called and got right in. The staff (I unfortunately didnu2019t get their names) were so helpful and very nice. We saw the Doctor or Nurse Practitioner (I think Virginia) and she quickly and accurately diagnosed us and had us on our way. We were feeling better by the end of the day! If you visiting Gatlinburg and need to see a clinic, this is the place!

On vacation and had a hiking accident in the National Park that took me out. Dr. Johns and her staff were simply incredible--beyond kind and empathetic. She had my x-rays done, gave me a protection boot, & crutches for my travel home (all within 45 minutes). The doctor also gave me thorough details on the fracture, meds, referral, and films to give my ortho. I'm so thankful for them and highly recommend this place for anyone who needs medical attention.

Got to G- burg, couldn't walk on a knee I broke 20+ years ago. I was seen within minutes, xrays, doctor came in. She was professional, kind, compassionate and informative. I was hobbling around on crutches for a couple of days, then limping. If you want excellent care, this is the place to come.

I donu2019t normally do reviews but I couldnu2019t NOT do one on this clinic and the practitioner. I have never received such amazing care and service from the front desk through the entire process. The nurse practitioner Becky, forgive me her last name escapes me but hopefully sheu2019s the only Becky because she is amazing. So knowledgeable and professional. For a walk in urgent care center the wait was brief and the care was superior. If your in the Gatlinburg area and have a need for medical attention, donu2019t hesitate to stop here!
