I was in so much pain and honestly I was scared that coming in on a Sunday that I may be treated rough because who wants to work on a Sunday!? They were busy too. The front desk lady who was also the person that did my X-rays was so so so sweet, nice , personable and pleasant.nSo I was happy about that. Then I waited in the room to see the NP and he was equally amazing. He helped me so much. I am not in pain anymore.nItu2019s especially nice when I you go to a place and they are so caring and sweet when youu2019re in pain. I never felt like I was a burden. I wish I could remember the front desk womanu2019s name because she went above and beyond for me.nI would recommend this urgent care a million times. I felt like family was caring for me. Thank yu2019all both so much. u2764ufe0f your kindness donu2019t go unnoticed!

Front desk and waiting area were very nice! NP Patty Bullock was absolutely amazing! We were down here on vacation and weren't sure what we might get, but she treated us like family! And I don't say that lightly, I'm a pharmacist and deal with Dr's all the time and she was excellent. My 2 year old was sick and a lot of urgent care places refuse to see pediatric patients, but they took us back and got us back on our feet! Think we'll be able to salvage the rest of our vacation! The girl at front desk was rude!! The nurse & dr would were nice and fast. Had to call back to ck on prescription order receptionist was short with me again, had to call again she was once again rude! I was in pain and waiting for orders to get the medicine. I'm giving a 1 star for the simple fact that the front desk lady who answers the phone is very rude. She hangs the phone up in your face before you can even finish talking.If you don't like you job find another one.
