Arrived early, wanted to be the first one there just in case there was a long wait. Urgent Care is supposed to open at 8am but doors werenu2019t opened until 8:18am (much to my disappointment), and waited about 10 minutes before being seen, we were the first ones there so as I waited I was wondering, why are we waiting after being the first ones here AND the place not opening until 18 minutes later..I later found out whyu2026.(The front desk young lady got locked outud83eudd37ud83cudffbu200du2640ufe0f).Anyway, the N.P. definitely made up for the late opening. Nurse Practitioner Hailey Taylor was very kid friendly, made sure my child was ok with her touching/check up, etc, talked throughout making sure all was good before we left and if I needed anything to call or come back in if not better.I called the next day (she was off) because I had a question/concern; the lady that answered the phone was equally nice and friendly Amanda G. She text N.P. Taylor while I was on the phone to send her my question, Taylor ended up calling Amanda while I was on the phone to recall which patient it was that she saw (the first patient of the morning the day before) to answer my question! I let Amanda know about our time there from the day before and what awesome service we received from Ms. Taylor, she definitely made up for the late opening and waiting :) great customer care!! Keep up the great work, health care needs more people like Nurse Practitioner Ms. Hailey Taylor!!Both Nurse practitioner Taylor and front desk clerk Amanda G. went above and beyond of customer service and care! Went at 6:25 and was told it would take u201clike 4 hoursu201d and they closed at 8 so they wouldnu2019t see us. I said, u201cthere are two cars in the parking lotu201d and zero people in the waiting area, and they claimed it was u201creally full back thereu201d and couldnu2019t see us. You should start advertising that you stop seeing patients past whatever time you decide is inconvenient for you to provide care. No wonder this place has the reviews that already has. Guess weu2019ll keep going to Alpha urgent care.

What a crap place. Been sitting in a patient room for over an hour, there's been one other patient in and out. There's literally no one else in this place right now. The receptionist is sitting on her phone and the doctor has been yacking her jaw on a phone call for the last 20 minutes. So when I go to the receptionist to see if we've been forgotten about, she tells me the doc just left a patient room. Why don't our health care providers actually give a damn about their patients anymore? Oh wait, big pharma pays y'all to kill us slowly and your phones are more important.I will not bring my family back here.

Went in this morning at 945 appointment ran till 1130. Meds were not called into the pharmacy after I left. I called at 3 pm to ask why and was told Dr will call them in again. Very disappointed in the lackadaisical attention to detail for a patient.

Incredibly slow! We waited over an hour and finally had to get a refund so we could leave to find a better and quicker place. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.
