I came here and luckily enough I was seen relatively promptly. I was the only one in the waiting room and now I know why. The place is new so it seems like they're barely getting it together. There is no medical privacy as I can hear the staff talking about other people 's situations loud and through the hallway. The staff does not seem well trained and the doctor seemed like he was just waiting to go home himself. The checkup seemed like he was just making it up as he went along. He stuck a q-tip up my nose, getting a swab which we never agreed upon in the first place. He tried to man-splain things to me instead of treating me like an actual patient. They sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. I had to call the office back to clear up their mix-up. I get to the pharmacy and the things the doctor said he was going to prescribe weren't even there. This place is horrible. I will never go back and I don't advise anybody else to either

The website states that they close by 5 pm on Saturdays. They need to specify that the last patient be seen at 4:00 pm, so people don't waste time driving there and being turned away.
