I've been here twice so far the experience was awesome. You're in and out right away, but also really well taken care of. From the two young ladies (Kristy & Janice) at the front desk, to the sweetest woman Becky G helping get us checked in, to doctor Santa Cruz being really knowledgeable and caring in the way he goes about his patients. Would definitely reccomend La Verne Medical group & urgent care!

Third time here for concussions, checkups, and other medical tests and they have never allowed me to see a doctor. This place is a joke and is only here to take your insurance money. I'll be sure to let my 25,000 + social media friends to never go here or Pomona Valley

A family member went in with body aches, runny nose, sore throat, lost of taste, aching back and pounding headaches. Dr. Mathew SantaCruz came in spoke for 5 minutes touched nose and said itu2019s a sinus infection and goodbye. Asked for a Covid test and if anything on the back pain and was told there was no need it was definitely just a sinus infection. Went to Pomona Emergency room and was told it was Covid. Whatu2019s the point of coming if u201cHighest level of care for our patients.u201d According to their website is 5 minutes of nothing.

There is no reason to go elsewhere (other urgent care, etc). The receptionist- friendly, great attitude. The nurse? Making jokes, friendly, great attitude. Dr? Also, friendly, patient etc etc. Seen very quickly, all questions well answered, more than once most of the time. Great employees? Yes, but for everyone I met to be in a great mood (not closing time, mind you!) and seemingly loving their jobs at all levels- this is a sign of a well managed business. Kudos to you La Verne Medical Group. My kids at home and the guys at work have a local place to be seen quickly that does not add to the stress of already needing medical attention.Thanks again Gary W, the ladies up front, and the Staff Sgt nurse!Mike

I had a great experience at La Verne Medical Urgent Care. They except most insurances which is great. Normally I go straight to the ER for health issues because I always looked at an urgent care to be like a regular doctors office. I have now made this place my #1 Urgent care. I had such a pleasant visit with Dr. Siddiq. He was very polite, answered all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed like most doctors offices. His staff was very respectful and made you feel comfortable. I recommended this urgent care to all my Family and Friends.
