I scheduled an early morning appointment the day prior online and my appointment was confirmed via email shortly thereafter. When I arrived the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Since it was early I only waited a few minutes. The nurses and Dr were great. They were very kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to hear my concerns. I will definitely use this office again in the future.

My experience with Dr Fisher and the Mansfield Urgent Care has always been very positive. Iu2019m treated with respect and kindness. They listen to my questions and concerns and have given me great care. Their Saturday and evening hours are very helpful as I canu2019t always make appointments during the week days. Most of the time my experiences have been great. I visited the clinic today due to a sore throat, cough and a rash on my neck. I was told the rash is more than likely coming from having Strep throat. They tested for all the things but all came back negative, so of course I had questions. I didnu2019t speak to the doctor regarding my results, I found this information out from the young lady who came looking for my payment. She did apologize for coming in so rushed but when I went to ask her questions she was just trying to process my payment. She left and came back and said sorry u201cthey are on me about time.u201d I probably will not return bc of this experience. I did ask her questions regarding my rash, which was the primary reason for the visit, and she took them back to the doctor who gave her answers, but needless to say I was not satisfied. Just disappointed that the doctor didnu2019t bother to come in and discuss the results of the tests and answer questions.
