Update- just found out I had an abnormal EKG in December 2024 by the same exact ER dr who could have looked into why my EKG was abnormal and found I had an atrial septum heart aneurysm and mitral valve prolapse. I will be looking into lawyers to see what can be done. This day he told me I had anxiety or a panic attack. Once I get to the bottom of everything in my chart I will be taking action. He is a horrible doctor!nnER Doctor acted like I was a joke and had my kids and I sitting in the waiting room for 5 hours until I finally said something because I watched 3 people who had just walked in get taken back. I have heart problems and was concerned about a heart issue involving a blood clot in my wrist that was swelling more and more as I sat in the waiting room and once I did get called back, the doctor acted like I was dramatic and tried to give me an arm split and labeled it as tendinitis. Next day, I went to my actual doctor and found it was a blood clot and an ultrasound was scheduled. I also had super low blood pressure and needed to be seen immediately, before I had been diagnosed with heart issues, I went to this same ER doctor and he said I have anxiety and sent me home again without doing any testing for me.. 2 weeks later I have major heart issues that could have been seen if it wasnu2019t for the lazy doctor. This ER doctor thinks he knows what the issue is without testing or doing any deep diving into the cause of the issue.. In the last month this ER has failed me twice. I was told by my home doctor they call this place a morgue because a lot of people who go on donu2019t make it out due to how awful they care for people. Iu2019m starting to see what he means now. I always thought highly of this ER and recommended it to everyone.. now Iu2019m scared to go because I might be laughed at or die because they donu2019t bother to actually look into the issue they just hand out pills and not ones that can be taken together which is another complaint I will be filing.. I was handed two different medications to take for u201ctendinitisu201d that was actually a blood clot and taking the two pills together is not recommend and dangerous to do. The doctor would have cause me more issues if I would have taken the meds. Itu2019s sad this is the doctor people in an emergency are faced with.

Worst emergency room I've ever been too. My partner and I waited for a single doctor for 5 hours then didn't get out until 4 more hours in and as my partner was crying and struggling to walk out of the building they didn't even give any advice on how to help her or any medication for her genuine pain issue all they said was to just to see a specialist... thanks for wasting our time, money, trust in the medical system. Your nurses were friendly but don't know how to even properly take out a IV

Corrupt hospital that lied on forms saying patient had refused testing when roofied. Completely untrue. Blamed patient for just u201cdrinking too muchu201d (patient had 1 drink and 3 waters that night). Rude lying nurses who claimed they ran blood tests and u201cnothing came up in patients systemu201d when in reality the next day it came back that patient was in fact roofied. The hospital was too lazy to actually run the test since it was late. Doctor and nurse wasnu2019t listening to the patient when they said something was wrong. Continued to just lecture patient about drinking. (iu2019m refraining from cursing). this emergency room is bull shit. I recommended never going here if you are worried about being roofied! Or just never going at all if you actually want to receive decent health care. If you do need to go here, make sure to avoid this lying nurse. Finally, make sure to record any conversations you have with them as evidence.

Itu2019s very apparent they have zero care for their patients. I came in with a fever, swollen, and sore tonsils so much so that I was hardly able to breathe. I presented many symptoms, and yet they sent me home with Tylenol and told me to gargle with warm water and salt.

The visit was super helpful. All I needed was stitches and they had me in and out of their super fast! The nurse and doctor were so nice and funny, and even gave me extra supplies for wrapping my wounds. Awesome visit
