Rude office staff. They have refused to provide me with an itemization of the services Iu2019ve paid for UPFRONT and IN FULL. They keep mailing invoices that do not show that I paid anything!!!! Iu2019ve called the office in Madison and the number on the fraudulent invoices, but nobody will help me. They continue to try and convince me that I havenu2019t paid. Could I provide proof of my payment made IN FULL?? Absolutely. But I have zero interest in doing so. They know itu2019s their fault, and the office manager knows she screwed up, but theyu2019d rather lie about it and treat me like Iu2019m worthless. I am disgusted with their behavior and Iu2019m looking forward to the day that I never have to deal with them again. Horrible human beings!!!!

My wonderful nurse practitioner Christy Hull left and now the patients are stuck with a male doctor William Whitton that could care less about female needs. It took months for Hull to finally get my hot flashes under control. I scheduled an appt with the new doctor for a followup. Once I arrived I was told he would not fill my meds because it was a compound drug. Literally, the doctor had not even seen me or even talk to me to see what I had going on. Also, how about care enough about your patients to contact them before they arrive instead of allowing them to come to your office to send a staff member out to say what you won't fill when you havent taken the time to even speak with a patient. At the least he could have seen me and suggested another med or solution instead of not caring at all. Merit Health do better.

My 17yr old son at that time came here July 2020 during COVID-19. Thank GOD I was with him. The Dr act as if she was uncertain on what too prescribe to my child. I ended up having to go through the Mea..on the spillway and I could tell that the Dr there Dr Sheely was so bothered by Dr Potter prescribing a antibiotic for flu instead of a antibiotic for a bacteria rash. I'm not a Dr and knew that was wrong. I was so glad I jumped right on it and went elsewhere, and made sure my son got the care he needed. I think they have new Doctors there now. Always take some one with you when going to these hospitals and clinics. Do your research and ask many questions.

Was told to arrive as soon as I could for a COVID test and call when I arrived. I did as instructed and after waiting for an hour in the parking lot (since COVID), the clinic staff inside claimed that the didnu2019t have any knowledge of me and that they were booked up despite having an empty waiting room. So I left with nothing despite wasting gas and time while sick.
