Iu2019ve walked into this clinic 5 times over the years Iu2019ve lived in Mac and 4/5 of the times they refused to see me and have told me to go to the ER for problems as simple as COVID, heartburn, constipation and a today with a stomach virus. I really have no idea what they do treat. BestMed in town is FAR better than this clinic. Donu2019t waste your time here and just go to BestMed. The reviews here suck for a reason.

The most wonderfully helpful and pathetically lazy leading to a medical error experience.nnThe female provider (Elizabeth) is absolutely one of the best providers Iu2019ve met, which is saying a lot since I work around hundreds. She genuinely cares about her patients and went out of her way to connect me to a free community resource for a separate condition. She immediately had my respect and I followed her plan of care. My u201cdischargeu201d paperwork told me to come back in 3 days if my condition did not improve. So I came back with symptoms including pain and impeding basic living activities. I saw the male provider this time. Mike Rodgeru2019s, MD is a colossal tool. I would not be surprised if he has a history of board action or sanctions.nnI thought hand washing before and after treatment was required? Mike rolled his eyes when I said my condition had not improved, including quantitative symptoms he could measure. He refused to change the antibiotics, offered nothing for pain relief, and sent me away with literally nothing but my copay in his pocket. I was able to finally make it into my PCP 5 days later (unable to eat and barely drink), where I was diagnosed with a severe infection not responding to Abx and was feeling better 24 hours later.nnIu2019m going to be filing a report with OHA and CMS due to the medical error and negligence. Oregon and the feds have targeted more appropriate use of antibiotics by providers. Guess now I know why.

Iu2019m a little disappointed. I came into the urgent care 5 minutes before close and all the staff were already packed up and heading out the door. My daughter had pink eye but they wouldnu2019t write a prescription because they had already closed down their systems.nI totally understand not being able to take a new patient that close to closing, but itu2019s a little unprofessional to be out the door and in your car before the business is actually closed for the day. Luckily there is another urgent care that will get our business in the future.

I am from out of town and visiting McMinville! I fell and messed up my knee and was so fortunate to google this wonderful place! Everyone was so pleasant, kind, accommodating and polite and my treatment was fast and professional! So glad I was blessed to stumble (literally) into this place!

I had never been to urgent care before and was very nervous for my first visit. There was a lot of unknown, and I am navigating healthcare without insurance right now, so I was very stressed going into this experience. All of that stress melted away as soon as I walked in the door to the McMinnville Immediate Care Clinic. Every single one of the three staff members I interacted with was kind, compassionate, organized, knowledgeable, and more than willing to explain things to me in terms I understood. I felt very well taken care of and left feeling reassured that this is a clinic I would feel great about coming back to in the future. All around great experience with this clinic!
