Their service is always top notch and, this is the only place we think of when we need urgent care. Dorothy, Ava, Marissa helped us today, and we are beyond thankful. I have been there 2 times and the front desk girls were very polite, personable!!!nThe facility was spotless, seen both Dr. Yates and Dr. Eli and they're young doctor's with old time bedside manners... They listen to what you have to say without rushing you out the door!!!nI couldn't recommend them enough...

This place is a joke. Please do not go here yourself or bring your loved ones here. The young dark haired MA at the front desk has zero time management skills. She charged me $90 for my deductible. I donu2019t have a deductible. I ended up paying it, due to the fact that my daughter needed to be seen asap. Called BCBS and they told me I absolutely shouldnu2019t have paid that. So I called and the office manager confirmed the young lady was wrong for charging me that. They refunded me. But hereu2019s the thing, the girl up front was rude to me from the second I walked in that door. I could complain about 10 other things within this visit, but I will just leave it at this. DO NOT go here.

I had influenza really bad. My entire house had it. 5 of us total. I could not miss work so I was trying to get Tamiflu or a shot to help. They said they did testing so I went there only to find out after an hour that the test would take 48 hours. Therefore no medicine for me. I had to beg the stupid Doctor for Zofran so I could stop vomiting. He only called in 6. This place is a total Joke. Go to a real Doctor. Woman at front desk barely speaks english. Place is dirty and stinky.
