For the first time in years I have a complaint! The first is with the medical assistant and the language barrier. The second is Iu2019ve been waiting in the back for almost an hour! When I finally got up to ask why, they said we were next! Ridiculous! We are still waiting!!

This practice is a nightmare. I went for my physical on 9/6/24, still waiting for the Dr to call my pharmacy about one the medications prescribed. Everytime I call them, they say will take care of it immediately for the last 2 weeks. Yesterday I called and requested to speak to the office manager, was told she will call me right backu2026 nothing; today I called again as my medication still pending, asked for the office manager, was told Brenda will call me right backu2026nothing, last week I took a step forward and went in person to their office to request my prescription and was told theyu2019re sending it that moment. The office staffu2019s lack professionalism cannot even be described in writing, the level of frustration and aggravation theyu2019ve put me through is just unreal. I shouldu2019ve listened to my son who switched Drs after he went for a physical the end of last year and was never called with blood work results after he called several times. He went in person got his results and took them to another Dr.

Hopefully this review will help this practice get their stuff together. I switched to this practice because of how they use to treat us when we went as medi-care patients and the dr sold their services to me. Since I've become a patient the promises are suddenly not as pretty as they made their practice seem. I went this past Monday for xray bcz of fear of a fractured foot. I am a cancer patient and was promised that my care would be exceptional and it has not. I get rushed out of appointments and told my questions could not be answered because the appoint was too long mind you they were with me for less than 15 min. I just called the practice for the 4th time this week trying to get my xray results and they are still not available, mind you my xray was done at their location. I am truly DISGUSTED with this practice and will definitely be looking for a new practice.
