This was a joke. I was literally seen for six minutes charged $50 and given bogus medication that werenu2019t even for my symptoms. You also need to fix your directions to your office they are still incorrect. The doctor recommended me to a surgeon when he didnu2019t even look at me and he said he used to be a doctor, but heu2019s no longer in practice because he had an argument with the CEO. This is not something you tell patients I do not know how the facility is open this looks like a complete scam to me, Iu2019m going to be reporting this to my insurance company. You donu2019t charge someone $50 when you literally six minutes I was in the office.

First let me say I have always had a good experience with staff until today . The lady owner who is there in the evening was very rude and gave me a hard time correcting my sick form that has to be filled out for my employer. She question how many times I had to come to the doctor do to me having chronic migraines. When I do come I always pay my co pay with no problem . Today she advised the front in staff to not correct or fill out my sick forms anymore . I come to urgent care because it is close and my migraine comes randomly. Based off staff there another employee was sent to another office because the lady owner didnu2019t like her anymore and didnu2019t want to work with her. So the attitude is not far fetched. Im just in shock about the customer service I received from a part owner. It was so bad the doctor had to be called so that my form could be corrected . The lady owner was running around like a mad woman trying to advise the front in staff not to assist me .nThe doctor did give permission for assistance with getting my form corrected . I would advise anyone going there to go early in the morning so that you donu2019t have to experience this type of customer service . If you donu2019t have bedside manners you shouldnu2019t work in healthcare and she doesnu2019t.
