This place is a freaking joke for Veterans. I tried to see them multiple times. No one was at the facility, but then A woman pulled up and opened the facility on a Saturday when I did stop there because of their business hours. I was seen through a virtual computer. He couldnu2019t even look at the skin and tell me what it was. Heu2019s treating me for a fungus disease. But he could not tell me what fungus disease. He was supposed to send prescriptions to Rite Aid, but I went to pick up the prescription from Rite Aid. And they did not have anything for me. He scheduled a follow up appointment with me for Tuesday at 4:30 and I showed up and nobody was there.

I don't know what I would do without immediate care. I moved into town during covid; my doctor retired. These doctors solve problems. They don't play. So far they are the only ones I can depend on for my medical needs.

I am posting this again, as they have had my honest review of my experience at this facility deleted. On Christmas day I severely burned my hand (3rd degree). I called prior to going there for treatment, and was told there was no wait and to come to the office. I was there within 10 minutes and there was no one else there. The staff member at reception was very friendly and helpful, as it was my dominant hand I burned and she assisted me with check-in. I waited for 30 minutes when the doctor came out and began snapping at her. He said he was going home and would not return for a few hours. She tried to explain to him that I was hurt and had been waiting. He looked at me, rolled his eyes and stormed out. The doctor at this place is cruel and a disgrace to healers. He is unprofessional to the staff and lacks compassion for patients. It might be helpful to address the lack of leadership causing so many poor reviews instead of trying to silence them.

I was given this location by my insurance for urgent care. I called ahead because my insurance told me they closed at 6pm but their website listed 5pm. When I called they confirmed they closed at 6pm. When my son and I arrived there was no one in the waiting room, just two ladies behind the desk. I filled out my paperwork and then we were shown a room. We waited for about 15 minutes when a lady from the front desk walked in with a laptop. They had the doctor on a video call. I left and explained at no point did they tell me they were doing a video call. She stated, u201cOh I thought we told you.u201d No they did not. Called my insurance company immediately to let them know and to not refer anyone else to this facility.

The people who work here are nice and you don't have to wait too long to be seen. But I seriously doubt their medical knowledge. I've been here a few times, and even tried to see their NP for primary care. For starters, I never went back for another appointment with the NP after she claimed that the only cure for my reproductive health problem was getting pregnant. I'm a scientist- there is just no way that anyone who is a sound provider truly still believes that pregnancy is a cure for any disease. I truly feel sorry for any women who are not fully aware that an excision surgery with someone who is a true specialist is as close to a cure as medicine can get these days- hopefully she is not seeing patients who are struggling and leaving them with no options but to get pregnant and deliver a baby on a yearly basis to control their symtpoms. I never went back for any follow up after this because it was clear that I can not trust any of the opinions given from the NP and waiting to see an MD is best because at least they actually went to medical school. Most doctors are not aware of this, so I truly don't expect an NP to have that knowledge base, but to suggest that pregnancy is a cure is downright wrong and makes no scientific sense. The people who work on the urgent care side also seem to be severely lacking in their clinical experience. From not knowing one of the most common names of birth control pills, not knowing the names of common antidepressants, and having the secretary step in to take vitals, I don't know if who I am seeing is actually competent or a real medical provider. The doctor overseeing this business is through a laptop-- if you're coming to urgent care they really need to be on site to evlatue something like a potential sprain or injury. They do not have XRays on site, so it becomes more expensive to have to go to yet another medical office and pay another fee to get the proper care you may need. There's no way you can do a real physical through telehealth, and if you would rather be seen by an MD over any of the NPs working there, you should have the right to actually be seen in person and have your problem be evaluated by someone with an MD. I do not have a problem with seeing an NP for minor problems, but some patients coming through need someone with a higher level of education if they have an array of issues. If I'm feeling like I have more medical knowledge than the person caring for me because I'm getting asked questions about medications that are so common that they have to be seeing multiple people a day who are also on that medication, I just can't trust their judgement.
