Nurse Practitioner Y. Vasquez was absolutely brilliant. Very thorough and helpful with my course of treatment. She was very pleasant and took time to ask me about my situation. The receptionist was very polite and quick with check-in for the online registration. The nurse was exceptional, taking notes & administering tests for the nurse practitioner. Great experience.

Went there around 3pm waited only 20 min . As soon as I was called the technician took my vitals doctor came in and did evaluation. Order medication explained what to do based on my symptoms. Very nice place with good educated staff. I wish they could do more tests like blood work , urine test respiratory panel to find the causes of of my symptoms Urgent care should provide with simple tests . They charge the insurance they donu2019t do deeper check up. Instead they say follow with you primary doctor . Primary doctor donu2019t give you appointment or see us right way thatu2019s why we come to urgent care and we need a simple blood work or respiratory panel and no just checking vitals . However Iu2019m happy with service but I could be happier if blood work and virus panel test could be done . Thank you for you service . Some other urgent care do provide with respiratory panel test .

I had a wonderful experience at this urgent care. The staff was very kind, empathetic and even went the extra mile to provide me with some pain relief before leaving as I came in with strep throat and tonsils the size of golf balls. I only waited about 10 minutes past my appointment time which is understandable and would recommend this location to friends and family.

Staff was helpful. Doctor and nurse provided excellent care and answered all questions. 40 minute delay to my appointment time was not ideal. But this is where I always go for urgent care with my family and they have always done a great job.

This is my second review of Urgent Care of Midland Park. I made an appointment online this morning , but because there was only one provider working I still had to wait about an hour. However, once I was called me in, the tech was very attentive and helpful, asking pertinent questions as she took my vitals. The doctor had a nice bedside manner, identifying some breathing issues in one of my lungs and ordering the appropriate meds which were electronically sent to my local pharmacy. I think, outside of the initial wait, by experience was very positive and productive. I highly recommend this Urgent Care when you can't make it to your regular physician!
