Walked in, no wait, they had us checked in within minutes. The nurse asst was amazing, he did my sonu2019s vitals and was really kind and engaging. Even with a terrible ear infection, he has my 4 year old smiling.nnThe Dr came in quickly after we were done getting vitals checked and he was very thorough and diagnosed us with an ear infection, submitted meds to the local pharmacy and we were on our way. I never felt rushed - he gave us some other recommendations to help with the discomfort. He even gave us a sample size of a good cough medication to help tie us over. Highly recommend. The place was also very clean - and service was top notch!

Arrived Christmas morning to obtain a Covid test for upcoming surgical procedure. Been here since 9:30AM. Check in process was nonexistent. As I was waiting outside on the sidewalk to check in, other people just walked in cutting the line and couldnu2019t care less about the other people waiting their turn. Receptionist behind the desk checking in didnu2019t even bother to have a mask. Shouldnu2019t take hours for a nasal swab. If I really didnu2019t need this test I would have left hours ago. Donu2019t come to this place. Poorly run and all professionals working in health care should be masked up.

This facility refused to test my 2 of my 3 children for strep throat as one of my kids tested positive and is being treated now. We were recommended to have all the kids tested and they turned us away and told us to go to an emergency room for children with no symptoms just to get a strep test.

Went today and waited 10 minutes while 2 receptionists ignored me and kept on talking on their phones. No sign in sheet, no weu2019ll be right with you, nothing. So I left. I had to walk away. If a doctoru2019s office doesnu2019t pay attention to you, another will. Donu2019t settle for bad customer service.
