Best urgent care experience of my entire life. Such professional and expedited care at this location. I was in and out in 15min on a Saturday morning. The staff were quick to address my concerns and provide quality care. I visited from out of town and wish I lived closer so this could be my go-to facility for URGENT care.

Came here for a sports physical for my child; when I first walked in the girl that greated me was sweet and attentive. Then she asked someone else to complete my check in when I was done with the forms so she could go translate for a patient. The person she asked to complete my check in completely ignored me while i stood at the desk for several minutes after i walked back up with my completed forms; she sat in front of me not acknowledging me once. When the other girl came back she acknowledged me and asked the other girl why she was not checking me in. Upon briefly glancing at my documents she asked me to sit. When I asked if I could pay for our visit she rudely said once she checks me in. Iu2019ve worked in healthcare for nearly 15 years and itu2019s rude workers like that that will keep a patient from ever returning.

I enjoyed good service and pleasant staff. The waiting time is notably long, but the efficiency of receiving test results on the same day is appreciated. Process of seeing the X-ray specialized before the doctor's consultation is also a positive. Despite the extended wait times, the staff consistently communicated about delays and the need for additional waiting.

Convenient hours. Has a pharmacy. The admission desk workers are thorough and friendly. The medical staff is slow and not very knowledgeable. And I'm pretty sure they forgot about me.nnNot the billing department though! They called me as soon as they got the insurance portion to ask for more payments.

I went in for blockage in my right ear (couldnu2019t hear) and the nurses and doctor who helped me were absolutely amazing. The doctor cleaned my ear and I can now hear so much better! Thank you!
