I had such a positive experience from start to finish. Jada, who was working at the front desk, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. She greeted everyone with a warm attitude and handled everything with calm professionalism, even as things got busy. I've visited this office three times and have received great service each time. The representative Brianna has assisted me on two of my visits and she has been amazing. I was greeted immediately with a smile, received great communication throughout my wait in the lobby and after seeing the doctor. These visits are never fun but employees like Brianna definitely bring sunshine to a gloomy day.
