Absolutely terrible. I received a transplant 4 years ago and went in to be tested for the flew. No swabs or anything. She said u201citu2019s your allergiesu201d partner and I both tested positive for flu today

-Update, November 2024-nWe continue to experience significant billing issues with this provider. They called me about a week and a half ago and assured me all of the issues with my insurance thinking they were out of network were incorrect and they would fix it. They assured me numerous times they are fully in-network with Aetna. In between that call and today, our whole family got hit by a bug and required care, visiting this office as we usually had and, during the visits, were again assured they were fully in-network. Lo and behold, I got notices today from Aetna and AGAIN they are billing as out of network, racking up SIGNIFICANT charges that we DID NOT agree to. Someone needs to call me and sort this out. We REALLY don't want to stop using the practice as we absolutely love Dr. Rana's professionalism, level of care and overall medical knowledge but if these billing issues continue, we will be forced to seek care elsewhere. Please contact us to sort this out once and for all.nn-Original Review, October 2024-nThis was my family and my go to urgent care since they opened. Dr Rana is fantastic... However the billing systems and people they use are not and this is the reason I can no longer be a customer. After numerous billing errors and countless hours trying to contact someone to fix it, I was told more or less it's my problem now. Apparently they are out of network with Aetna yet they tell customers they are in network, even telling Aetna themselves they are when Aetna disagrees. Tread carefully if you have insurance and make absolutely certain they are in network as if you have a billing issue, it is unlikely to get resolved. This saddens me as I really enjoyed Dr Rana and my family did as well as we trusted his medical counsel but I can't afford to pay 4x higher rates by surprise billing and then experience a total lack of ownership in resolving those mistakes.

BEWARE. This office is staffed by incompetants who are incapable of billing correctly and will likely lead you to be overcharged. They submit blank invoices with no explanation of work done. Quite frankly ridiculous, it takes less than a minute to assign the correct medical code to your billing.nWill not be going back despite the convenient location and its now clear why they have appointment availability.

The new provider, is not knowledgeable, he even doesnu2019t say his name. I donu2019t even know he is a doctor/ internist or what.. he doesnu2019t know anything. Dr. Rana is a fantastic doctor, I would wish he would see his patients instead of delegating it to new people.. it was so frustrating getting the help that I needed.

This is the second time weu2019ve had to take our son to this location and the second time we are 100% happy with our experience. Weu2019ve had the same doc both times and he is thorough and always on point. Will definitely continue being our go-to when we canu2019t get into our family doc. Thanks for everything!
