Iu2019m really disappointed in the care my mom received here. We brought her in on Monday, and she was sent home with just cough medicine and told she was fine. The next day, my nephew took her back, and the doctor seemed dismissive u2014 even laughed a little u2014 and again told her there was nothing they could do.nnToday we had to take her to the ER, and it turns out she has pneumonia. I understand urgent care centers have limitations, but there was a clear lack of thoroughness and compassion in both visits. I hope this helps others be cautious and pushes for better patient care in the future.

My daughter visited Peachtree Immediate Care Douglasville location and the staff was so frendly and professional. I scheduled an appointment so wait time was very minimum. All documents was done online which made check in process fast and easy. The nurse and doctor listened to my concerns and provided excellent patient care. I would recommend this place 10 OUT OF 10!!!

Receptionist/Front Desk staff was pleasant knowledgeable and prompt. The wait after my appt time was longer than acceptable but the attention to my concerns and the knowledge of the practitioner on call was very good. She listened to me and my concerns and prescribed the appropriate medications to treat me.

The staff was awesome! Dr. Blessing was very thorough, not rushy, genuine and listened to my mom thoroughly. I was immensely satisfied with her knowledge and wisdom concerning my mother. God is good! It was a great visit.

I had an appointment at the Douglasville office yesterday for 12:45pm and didnu2019t get called back until 1:45pm. While I was waiting I completed the intake forms which I heard a gentleman at the counter say he couldnu2019t upload his ID while filling out forms online. When I got to that section I had the exact same issue so I notified receptionist and she handed me the tablet to complete there. I donu2019t know if my information is permanently stored in there or not so it made me feel a little uneasy but I proceeded anyway, I meant to look back if it saved but forgot. A little after submitting forms she said my insurance needs a card on file which Iu2019ve never had to do before here. I got a text message said a $1.00 hold was charged to my card which I donu2019t appreciate because she never said it was being ran and I donu2019t authorize this! She did say a bill would be emailed with 7-10 days so why would I need to store a card on file. Normally whatever insurance doesnu2019t cover I get a bill in mail to pay. I have no past due medical bills because I pay them when a statement is sent but I proceeded to still give my cc which still not sitting right with me. Now itu2019s 1:45pm and I get to the back. Nurse comes in discussed my symptoms she recommended a X-ray. Tech comes to get me to take X-rays which I was in there a good 15 minutes only after just a few minutes of leaving out she comes back to say she has to retake them due to Radiologist saying the images werenu2019t clear. I go back a second time only for another tech to come in to help. I didnu2019t leave here until 3:45pm. I felt it was walk-in . Whatu2019s the point of having an appointment if it takes longer to be seen. I only rated it a two star because they were friendly but it just wasnu2019t a pleasant experience here. Iu2019m know you all probably could care less but I likely will never come back to this location.
