Called in 2 scripts for pills when my daughters 8 and can not swallow pills. Made sure to tell them this when she was seen she needed liquid. Tried for 3 days to get it right. Oh and this all started by a secretary putting in inaccurate information when the papers were clearly filled out correctly.nnFront desk was very apologetic but has yet to fix the paper work or get the correct meds called in.

TLDR; GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! ANYWHERE ELSE! They charge an absurd amount of money for something as basic as flu testing.nnHonestly, I hate to give one star because I think the service was fine. I took my kid here because he had the flu. They took us back to a completely empty room, took 3 swabs and we were out the door in 20 mins. However, a month later we receive a bill for $550 AFTER insurance. They charged over $1000 for a ridiculous assortment of tests, when it was painfully obvious that it was either the flu, covid, or strep. DO NOT come to this location. Go anywhere else. If you care for your wallet, avoid this place. I will never be back and I will shout to the high heavens for everyone to avoid this place.

Yesterday my wife who of many years of being a patient of Dr.Requib was told by the receptionist at the front desk that's its up to my wife to schedule her appointment every month..however that's not how that goes..Observing just by being there while my wife is sitting waiting to be called back to see the doctor, the receptionist always calls everybody one by one and schedules there appointments, it's not the patients responsibility to do that..Not only that when she called yesterday trying to find out her appointment because she forgot, that's was when she was told it's her responsibility to schedule her appointments and when she ask about her appointment the receptionist told her she do t have an appointment time and when were looking at the text on the phone she just sent at 4 something saying that the appointment was at 8am the next day, the receptionist said she didn't see the appointment but we were looking at the text for thr appointment then the receptionist tried to say she didn't see what she just sent 3 times we ask and she said she didn't see it and then tried to reschedule my wife 5 days later than what the text originally was scheduled but for this receptionist to say it's up to my wife to scheduled her own appointments that's not what goes on there..No what it is since Dr.Requib don't really go to that office there starting to do anything they want, so unprofessional...bit if Dr.Requib reads this the receptionist told my wife this around about 4:30pm on 1/2/2025..

Could not give zero. Been using them for years. Since they started the turn over and got all new staff rn pna etc this place has become a joke. They have the worst turn over I have ever seen in a medical office
