It was my first time taking something to the UPS Store and when I didnu2019t know what to do the employees looked at talked to me like I was dumb. Instead of showing or telling me what I needed to do, they made me feel foolish for even coming in to the store so I left and drove 20 miles to the Lawrence location and they were so nice and helpful. Iu2019m sure this location could be great if there were different employees that werenu2019t so rude and nasty.

Went to this location yesterday around 1:15 pm. Surprisingly, they were not very busy. A young female employee took my package and gave me a receipt. Not one single word was uttered by the employee. She even turned her head away while handing me the receipt. Did she do her job...yes, the bare minimal, could she have done more to make the experience better....yes, she could have said good afternoon, have a good day, etc. Employees that are working in customer service positions need to learn how to interact with the customer.

I've had previous okay experiences but the last 2 times I went there were 3 employees floating around on their phones and it was dead silent as I walked in with no one at the registers. I got in line and it took about a minute or two for someone to just sort of float over to one of the registers. No one was overtly rude but no one seems interested in doing their job lol. Probably the oddest customer service experience I've had in a while.

The place is awful and has no customer service. Husband went in during a busy day to use the self service for amazon returns and forgot to tape his package. When to approach am employee who was not helping the customers in line to simply ask for a piece of tape to be yelled at infront of all the customers in the store about it.. then to return a few days later he can no longer come back, he returned a package in the self service and the employee took his package and did something with it. I went in and simply asked if he package will be returned or if I needed to take it she said yes it will be. It has been 3 days since it's been dropped off and hasn't moved according to tracking. After this because I went in to ask if I needed to take his package I'm not allowed in the store either. Don't go here, go to fedex or usps. These employees have no respect. And I'm sorry if you yell at someone and disrespect that is typical what you get back.Have contacted via phone to resolve this and staff was still unsupportive and disrespectful.

Walked in 3 employees standing there, not helping people. No one greets you and they slowly go to a register and offer help. Step up your customer service guys! Atleast say hello and let people know you acknowledge them and will be with them soon.
