Be aware of this place in mt vernon location. Place is running by low moral manager, who has no clue how to run this agency. They didnu2019t pay my caretaker for 22 hours of work he did. This agency should be investigated by the state of nys.Please stay away from this mt Vernon location of All metro Health care.

One of the worst home health aide agencies ever. Im not racist or discriminate against anyone but we are in America so if your a hha you should speak decent English. This agency will send workers to your house who wont understand english so how can they care for you if they donu2019t understand you ? This agency dont care about their clients so dont ever sign up with them they are the worst i swear ud83dude12. They send people to my house who dont even know their colors omg worst experience ever

They never have aides and frankly donu2019t care. Iu2019m only still with because of my weekend aide. But she is currently looking to leave this place. So I will also leave this place. Donu2019t hire them, they are awful
