This agency was my worst experience. I was humiliated. I was physically and verbally abused by the patient Martina Soto and her daughter Juana de la Caridad Soto Gonzalez. I was enslaved and her daughter works there in a very important position in that agency and the hours are distributed in favor of her and in the settlement she did not pay me my full money. She paid me 543 pesos and she had to pay me 960 pesos and all her workers have tremendous respect for her. When I asked how many hours Martina Soto had, they all they fell and I never received the answer oh and I was there in that boarding house and they never paid me on the weekends for the bitter nights I spent there, I left that house sick with nerves, the only thing I need is my money that they stopped paying me and she told me on the last day I worked Jenny told me that she was not going to pay and I have all the Neighbors and Health personnel who assist there as witnesses. And I make it alert to all HHA personnel who pass by that they are not used by this type of person anymore.

The best, good service and good teamwork. I recommend them, maybe others have a bad opinion but I have the best, all places are not the same and that is why we cannot disqualify a place, because of a bad time they had, we simply help the parents as best as possible, and I don't know about other institutions but I recommend this one, we have children starting from bb to 21 years old giving our best service.
