Absolutely LOVE the staff here.. the most loving and kind especially wanna give thanks to karina, Cristina, and Doc Valerie Kyle. They always treat me with love and care and make sure to always give me the best treatment. I always come here for all my appointments and it never disappoints. They truly see you and hear you out. While my visit was good and I received appropriate medical care, the billing at this urgent care location is abhorrent. They claim they billed my insurance and I didn't have coverage but my insurance never received a claim from them. I checked my insurance information in the portal which is all correct. When you call their billing department you have to leave a message and hope for a call back. Strongly DO NOT recommend this practice/urgent care due to dishonest billing practices.

Itu2019s imposible as a patient ( actual active patient) or potential new patient to get in touch with this office. No call backs, no one answers , everything takes forever. Derick at the front desk is amazing, he does what he cans when you are there in person. My mom goes back only because he cares but the rest of the practice needs to do better with that phone system and talking to the patients.

Updates not provided if referrals are canceled. I'll re-review if there are any communication improvements.
