This location was very convenient for me this weekend. I was greeted by very friendly and professional staff who were able to get right me right away. I was seen by a doctor who helped me tremendously with my pneumonia. My doctoru2019s office was not able to get me in for quite awhile, which unfortunately does happen. So, Iu2019m very thankful we have these medical clinics available to use when needed.

Absolutely love all my experiences with the Jackson IEP! The staff is very friendly and kind. I was in and out rather quickly even tho they only had one provider and you could tell they were trying to move quick while still attending to all of my concerns! They even made my son a glove animal when he was getting a little rambunctious. 10/10 recommend

So very impressed with this facility! Staff was very kind and professional. Cannot say enough about my positive experience with Dr. Bullach. He listened to me, explained himself well and obviously cared about how I was feeling. He was very thorough so as to reassure me of the diagnosis and medication he was prescribing. His kind demeanor and care was the best experience I have had with a medical professional in a long time.

Anytime I need to go to an urgent care this is the one I pick. Everyone is so friendly, we are always brought back quickly and the rooms are very clean. Iu2019ve brought my children numerous times for various issues and often we see Dr. Bullach, and he is amazing with them every time. He is thorough, he listens and my kids absolutely adore him! He always treats us with patience and kindness, I could not have had a better experience with him each time!

Used IEP Urgent Care in Jackson, MI for first time yesterday, as a Sunday and my HFH doctors were unavailable. I was amazed by the fabulous service and kindness received there from all their staff.nI had cut my finger and needed stitches but didnu2019t want to wait in the hospital ER. Would recommend IEP highly as they can do everything there at their establishment!!!!
