We were former clients before moving away. I drove 3 hrs for a surgical consult with Dr. Jen. We arrived, waited, and the te h told us they wanted to bring my dog in back for the exam. I refused saying I wanted to be with her for the exam as she is a rescue and nervous. After 3 attempts to get the dr to actually consult and examine dog, we left without ever seeing the dr. I am STUNNED at the least. 6 hrs of drive time, a wasted day, and a frustrating experiences. Not sure what happened to their service, but I do not think we would ever re commend them to anyone ever again. Sad.

I am so sad to give this place a one star. The customer service was absolutely awful and very unprofessional. I feel the empathy has gone way downhill. We came in with issues for our 8 month old puppy regarding vaginal discharge and lethargy and we were rushed out the door with no treatment plan or suggested testing. We called the next day to voice our concerns and were hung up on twice and placed on hold in the middle of explaining our frustrations. I can't explain the shock and awe from the way we were treated. We will sadly be placing our fur babies in the care of another clinic.Update: I took my dog to a different vet clinic and they immediately tested her as soon as we stated we feel she has an infection. They took her temperature and my poor puppy had a fever of 104!! Dickman never took her temperature at all. They looked at her and said she looks fine to me, I don't see any reason for treatment or medication. Trusting that my vet didn't want to give her treatment I left and my puppy got worse. The doctor we saw said because she saw nothing she wasn't going to give her antibiotics because it could hurt her stomach lining and her belly. I have never been so rushed out and mistreated.

Very disgusted with how me and my fiance were treated today. My female dog is fixed and has had alot of liquid coming out of her privates. we called last Thursday they told us they had no concerns and to wait a day. So we did Friday was fine and sat morning was fine but sat evening and all day Sunday she was extremely lethargic no wet nose and more fluid comin from jj enough to leave marks on the floor. So we made an appointment for Monday took her in and they did her anal glands apparently and trimmed her nails. we paid money for an examination to be done, they said we see no infection and did nothing to help but just charge us and send us out the door. My dog is still ill and acting the exact same. I called today to voice my concerns and tell them I was pissed I got hung up on also they won't even work with us in any capacity when it comes to what we paid for in the first place if u don't pay u don't get seen Is wat I was told by the manager lindsey she is also the one who hung up on me multiple times and does not even let you talk. We'll miss lindsey I'm sorry you and your company are unprofessional and I will tell your whole staff that I'm pissed. I'm allowed when it comes to the mistreatment of my animals and my pocket.

I have been going to DRVC since 2021 when I first moved to the area. They are AMAZING! I have 6 pets and they handle every single one of them with care and professionalism. They have same day or next day appointments when unexpected events happen and are always efficient. They even offer drop offs if they don't have full appointments available which is great in a pinch.
