If I could leave a ZERO rating, I would. Lifepoint Hospital Corp has ruined this once great urgent care provider. Tried to visit today at 20 minutes before closing time. A typed note posted on the entry door said Do Not Enter.........we've seen all the appointments available for today. Sorry for the inconvenience. We looked through the window and the Waiting Room had 2 or 3 people seated.....NOT FULL. After having driven 10 minutes in the wrong direction, indeed it was inconvenient. SO WE WENT TO FASTMed INSTEAD. I will now CHOOSE FastMed for all future urgent needs! Short wait, friendly staff, and located CLOSE TO ALL THE PHARMACIES IN TOWN ALSO.

The billing dept is a joke. The supposedly on network with the insurance, but when they go file it they put in whatever code they want and think they will have the patient paying hundreds of dollars. They finally got that straight now recently they charged my husband 131.00 and it should only been $35 co pay. Iu2019m still waiting to hear back from them itu2019s been two weeks already.

I've come to this urgent care for a few respiratory illnesses. The FastMed in Roxboro had me waiting 30 minutes (even with an appointment!) so I came here instead. They got me in and out quickly and the staff were very friendly. Since getting Covid last year, MedAccess has become the place I got to for short term illness since my GP is further away from home.

My husband and I have been here several times and I have never been disappointed. The front office, nurses and doctors have always been so kind and knowledgable. The facility is always clean and wait has never been too long. They were kind enough to see my husband today even though it was close to closing time, he dropped something on his foot/toe and was in need of medical attention. Prevented us from having to drive to the ER, We really appreciate it and Highly recommend this place.

Highly upset that the dotor says i can return to work when i was only able to get out of bed to make this visit after being on pain meds for some hours. If my temp 100 or 99 after taking fever reducing meds what makes u tgink thats my temp!! Be smart dont waste your money here. I left 30 mins ago and already feel worse than i was there bow how to go to another place so i can get a note from work tomorrow. Jeaua shut them down
