My daughter had a pretty gnarly cold that was just not going away so I decided to take her in to make sure it was still just a cold.nWe live in a pretty central location for a few of the clinics and called around and found one that did not have much of a wait time and got right in.nThe staff was extremely friendly and my daughter was extremely comfortable; she was allowed to voice how she felt And the providers did not just talk to me which I thought was very beneficial For my kiddo to feel like she was listened to and helped them as well. I feel like the diagnosis was good; it did not involve a lot of pills which is great because she wonu2019t take them anyway but overall a very solid experience Iu2019ve never had a bad one there at any of the clinics but this one was very good.

I am thoroughly impressed. Even with people waiting, I was seen pretty quickly. The docs and practitioners are super thorough and really cared and listened. I was even sent a pharmacy discount card via text after my visit. Great touch. Keep up the good work over there!

I thought Sydney was terrific. Obviously, we had to wait too long, and it is clear that you are likely understaffed. Also, the place is too cold, the temperature is not pleasant. Aside from that, I think you folks are just fine. We brought my wife there several years ago and you served us well then also. Thanks, Jay Todd
