I had been bouncing around docs due to insurance red tape issues, and now I'm so glad I found Medberry. Ever since talking on the phone with them, then becoming their patient, my life has become infinitely easier. They have incredible patient care compared to other places I've been, hardly any wait time, and I felt listened to and supported. But most importantly of all in this day and age, they actually know how to deal with insurance issues and have answers that help you. Shannon is a hero, and Elise is so kind and caring.
