Front desk lady, Lisa, was so kind and patient. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The lady that took my vital was easy going, funny and professional. The PA who saw me so very through and explained everything so I can understand. The time in and out was excellent for a busy day. They allowed you to check in online and kept me updated throughout the waiting process. Best doctor experience I have had in a long time. 10/10 recommend.

Fast, efficient and caring service. This was my third visit. Each time, the staff were all friendly and helpful. The doctors are all very caring and knowledge. It is also convenient that I was able to have X-rays taken right on site.I recommend them to my family.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We took my 2.5 year old here today, first they told me the visit would cost $100, but charged my card for $150. The lady taking vitals didnu2019t try and speak to my daughter just came at her with equipment which scared her, overall horrible bedside manner, she threw up three times because they upset her so much and just showed no care that they were scaring her, and I asked them to try and come towards her more calm and slow, and mentioned she likes the doctor and plays doctor and they just didnu2019t care. While we were in the waiting room every other child was able to pick a toy/candy when they left, and they didnu2019t even give her the option or actually check us out, as we walked up the receptionist just said u201cYou can leaveu201d. They did a strep test which came back negative and without any other testing prescribed tamiflu. My daughter LOVES going to the doctor and I truly feel this experience is going to tarnish that.

I had a great experience at Medicare Summerville. The RN was very kind, listened attentively to my concerns, and prescribed the necessary antibiotics. The entire process was smoothu2014we were able to register easily online and didnu2019t have to wait long to be seen. Overall, it was a quick and efficient visit with excellent care.

I dont recommend this place for little ones. Do anything you can do to have your child see a pediatrician, even when you can't get them into thier own. Summerville med and musc after hours has urgent pediatricians) As a first time mother, I learned this the hard way. Came in with my 1 year old son. I told them I wanted to have him checked out because he was crying nonstop, not eating, and had a fever that night and a weird rash on his butt. (Sores, instead of a typical diaper rash) They tested him for rsv, flu, Covid..they said there was a faint line on the rsv test. So they would consider it positive. Then they said one of his ears looked sketchy so they also wanted to treat him for that with antibiotics. They never looked at the butt rash..I also told them he had a sore on his tounge..they said..oh, he must of just bit it . Something didn't feel right (that mom intuition haunted me all day after this) by the grace of God, my pediatrician started doing weekend hours and I had no idea of this..and she had a cancelation. She actually looked him over, his rash, mouth, etc and said he has hand, foot and mouth. She and I were really discouraged at what took place at the urgent care. ..so, as an adult, If you've got poison oak, a cold or any issue where whatever is happening with you isnt a huge mystery, go for the urgent care visit. But with a little one, please dont. You can be doing more harm then good.
