UPDATE. they still have not sent me the monies they owe me. Double dipping here for sure. Hope they get audited.nOP: Went here 9/20/24. They made me pay $95 even tho I have Medicare and Plan G supp policy that covers all charges if covered by Medicare. Had Medicare on phone at the facility and Medicare Express couldnu2019t find me in the u201csystem u201c even though Medicare verified to them at that time. I paid the $95 and my Supp plan will pay it. I will be following closely to obtain my money back. I believe their system has some issues that they are either unable or unwilling to fix. Medicare told them to call the help line but they said it would take too long. This is no way to operate a business. There would be less negative reviews about billing if you would listen and do what is needed to make sure your system is functioning properly. Dr. Patel is great. Been going here for urgent care issues for years but I wonu2019t be any longer. This visit was very stressful and in my opinion Heather was very mean to me for no reason other than I was telling her what she was seeing was not correct which Medicare verified. Take time to listen and be kind. Everyone will benefit.

If I could give zero i would! I heave been coming here for the sake Patel helping me diagnose my testicular cancer.. however I have and had multiple family and friends cone here to and always a issues with meds and refills!! Not to mention they say they will call you back for results/med refills but never do! One of my medications needs the doctor to send something into my insurance to get it approved but never happens! The girls in the front are ghetto! They are nice to you in person and on phone but dead end promises! Heather is the worst! I had to physically go in to get print out of my labs from lab core! She kept saying we got new system.. but when I went in waiting there her computer was like 1 of the 2 that had access to it behind the wall where the doctor and nprn have access! These girls that answer the phe can give two shots about you! You physically have to go in to get anything done.. all they care about is getting as many people though the door! I do not recommend for primary care! Or at all for my personal experience and lots of people I know.. extremely rude and lies about getting back to you and for all I know the front desk not give the messages to doctor for meds or insurance atherazitions!!! I can't stress enough do not give business! I am going g to collect my records and get professional staff and office!!

While getting paperwork to fill, I informed the receptionist that there was dried blood smears on the counter, she got up and looked at it, said it must be spilled coffee and didnu2019t not clean it up. I witnessed several people put their hands on it. I have been in the medical field for over 15 years, I know the difference between coffee and bloodu2026even if it was spilled coffee, why not wipe it?

If your looking for a Primary Care Physician, do not come here. Go anywhere else. The Office staff are so unprofessional with no skill set that I can see. Been trying to get my regular maintenance medication refilled (high blood pressure, cholesterol, thyroid, etc.) for an entire week now with no success, and no call backs to let you know why. Even after going in to be seen, they still can't get it right. They claim they never get your messages or the Pharmacy never contacted them and they won't relay messages to the Dr. Going back to Starling Physicians, at least they will call you back and fill your prescriptions. Wish I never left. Coming here was the biggest mistake I ever did.
