I have the highest complements for this team. I am from Atlanta and was visiting here in Dallas and became ill and needed emergency care. From the from desk to the nurses and Dr thank you a caring and positive experience when I was sick. I'm no good at names so I'll describe every one, first off the front desk lady was really nice and sweet not a lot of medical offices have front desk like that there was also a dark haired nurse in the back who made sure I was comfortable and brought me some warm blankets and the Dr's head nurse was really knowledgeable and answered the question I was about to ask her. All the staff was great!

I can honestly say that it was the absolute best emergency room experience I have ever had. The staff was kind and courteous, I was taken in the back within five minutes of my arrival. The nurse was amazing, I never have anyone that can find my terrible tiny veins quickly. Not only did she find my veins quickly, but her needle stick was painless. The doctor was great. He was clear and concise with his explanation, and I love the fact that he was honest about medication treatment. I have had really bad experiences with the other emergency rooms in these big hospitals in Plano, so it was very refreshing to know that there is an emergency room thatu2019s close to my home with an amazing staff. If I ever have to go to the emergency room again, I will definitely be choosing this one.
