Visited the urgent care today with my son And was very impressed with the overall experience. Jackie, made our registration process easy and convenient.nThe office staff were friendly and efficient. The doctor on site was knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain his findings.nAurelio the nurse in the back office quickly came in and explained what he was doing ( my son needed an injection). BTW He has a great hand for administering shots. I would highly recommend anyone to visit Medcove for your medical needs. Environment was also great

I've been there twice in the last few months. Very nice people - Dr Christine is great! Very smart. Listened to all my issues and addressed everything. I would recommend you make an online appointment fill everything out before arriving to office. 10:00 appointment out by 11:00! I have anthem so my copay was only $15 ud83eudd13

She has a background in Military Medic and was a professor SBU.nThe staff Aurelio and Sabrina are amazing very helpful and kind.nYouu2019ll be in and out within 30-45 minutes.nnI highly recommend this Urgent Care

for an urgent care, the people working here have absolutely no sense of urgency. understaffed on a busy weekend too. i waited 4 hours only to have to leave and go to a different place because they kept pushing me back every time i asked for an ETA for when i was going to be seen. The place I ended up going to was called EXER Urgent Care which is not too far from this place and I was seen within 10 minutes of checking in and being asked about my symptoms and actually deeming it as something URGENT. Exer urgent is connected to an actual hospital so services are quicker and better with plenty of staff and medical professionals to assist you. I recommend going to another urgent care center for your needs.

I was just seen at this facility. Claudia checked me in she was amazing. Michael worked me up and he was the nicest person and Dr. Jenny took care of me so well. She was the best and so informative. I have never been treated better at an urgent care. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Everybody was so wonderful to me. I would recommend this place to anybody.
