I visited MedFast in Titusville on Garden street on 5/17/2025 around noon. With it being a Saturday, being a new patient, & being a walk-in appointment, I really didnu2019t know what to expect of my visit. I ended up experiencing great care from a phenomenal staff from start to finish. I had to come in for an x-ray for my 2 year old, and had my other child with me in tow. It was our first time visiting an urgent care center for an injury and I was nervous. The whole staff from the front desk, to the nurses & doctor made us feel cared for and important and it helped ease my anxiousness from the whole situation. I would recommend this location to anyone, and just wanted to say Thank you MedFast staff for making a scared mama feel better and making my kids feel safe & cared for!

My visit was very nice. The staff was courteous and professional as well as they were on there game. I was only there for maybe an hour and a half unlike 10 to 12 hours at the emergency room. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing medical assistance. I was very impressed with my visit

This was our first time. It was a Saturday. My 87 year old mother was ill. The staff was very friendly on the phone. When we arrived, they promptly gave us the paperwork to complete and processed our insurance. The nurse took us back to the room after only a short wait, even though the place seemed busy. Tests were done and the N.P./Dr was very professional in explaining the diagnosis, treatment regimen, and prognosis.

My husband cut himself pretty badly while cutting back vines along the fence. We rushed to the Titusville urgent care late on a Saturday afternoon. He got excellent care and they were fast! When we arrived they took him to a room immediately and within minutes he was seen by the doctor, got stitched up and 45 minutes later we were already checking out. This urgent care provided fast, friendly, professional, and caring service! We highly recommend and appreciate their service!

Iu2019ve been to this location several times and never had to wait very long to be seen. The healthcare personnel have always treated me with professionalism and kindness. They do excellent work and I would recommend anyone going there.
