My 1 year old fell and needed a stitch in her upper lip. Lisa Johnson-PA was fast & efficient. Got her right in and taken care of. The entire staff from the receptionist to RN were all very kind. My experience with MedElite Urgent Care was amazing! The staff were kind, professional, prompt, knowledgeable, had outstanding bed side manner, and great with my kids. My son's ear infection and my foot were x-rayed and diagnosed immediately. The facility was nice and clean and the check-in process was fast and easy. I would highly recommend! This place is simply amazing. We have had a terrible winter with sicknesses and they know just what to do. My first visit all 3 of my kids were seen and I was out of there within 30 minutes. UNHEARD OF. They also asked if it was okay to swab 1 child and treat all 3 so it would save me money. ALSO UNHEARD OF. They are all so friendly and understanding! I've already recommended them to all my friends!

I am very impressed with urgent care. It's very clean and the providers were very professional and knowledgeable. The billing process was very seamless and I was able to walk in and be seem within 5 minutes. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at this urgent care. They were fast and very friendly. I had gone to another urgent care a couple days ago that didn't think I had an ear infection and the MedElite doctors were able to confirm it in seconds. I will be going here again!
