The receptionist(s) was knowledgable, and really nice and conversational with me, and I overheard them speaking to others with compassion and respect. I was seen within 10-15 minutes by a nurse who took my intake and vitals and was also so pleasant. The reason I was there was pretty uncomplicated thankfully, and the p.a. who took care of me was nice, asked thorough questions and we had really funny banter. Iu2019ve had worse Thursday nights than the 30 minutes I spent at this MedExpress. They seem like a great team.

The entire experience was excellent. Each staff member was both professional and personable. The care and concern for me were very genuine. It helped to be reassuring that my health issue was important. A special thanks to the two young ladies at front. They went the second mile to get an insurance issue resolved. Definitely will return but hopefully not for a long time!!!ud83dude01

I walked into the clinic and made an appointment for 3:45 p.m. at 2:45 p.m. I arrived at 3:30 p.m. and found myself waiting alone in the waiting area. Both the front desk staff members were not busy and didnu2019t acknowledge my presence until 4:15 p.m. When I finally was called up I was asked u201cWhat I was waiting foru201d. This was an extremely poor service experience from healthcare professionals. It was truly shameful. I must confess that I didnu2019t check back in, but there were two reasons for this: first, they should have recognized me, and second, I was the only person in the waiting room. UPDATE: Greentree location had me in and out. Bridgeville do better.

From the time I walked in the door to being seen, was maybe 7 minutes. In and out in less than 30. Everything was quick, smooth, and as efficient as it could be. Staff was more than friendly and competent. My best urgent care experience to date. Iu2019m sure wait times would vary with different times of day, but the efficiency of this ship is impressive.
