Iu2019m so glad I chose this urgent care to go to! As soon as I went up to check on Kristen was so very nice and helpful. She gave me my paperwork and said they would get me back as soon as they could! All with a caring wonderful attitude. So i got there around 4:00 an it was busy but not bad. I knew I would have a little wait but didnu2019t really mind. I finally got back about an hour or less which again was fine. The nurse was very nice and greeted me with Hello how are you doing to today. So far everyone has been amazing. The. The dr came in an I explained all my symptoms. She did a thorough exam. An then explain to me exactly what I needed a called in my prescriptions. She was an absolute delight. Then as I was checking out to pay for my shot the receptionist was as so very nice. I wish I could remember all their names as they deserve all the kudos as well. I have to say this is probably one of the best urgent cares I have been too. Everyone is nice and caring and it was so worth the wait! Now I understand why they when the readers choice awards!!!! If you also go on google to look them up you can see the hours that our busy and not so busy. I will definitely be making this my go to urgent care a for me itu2019s about 40min away. Highly recommended!!!!

I recently visited Express Urgent Care because I wasnu2019t feeling well, and Iu2019m so glad I chose this facility. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the waiting area was clean and well-organized.nnThe medical team was professional, thorough, and kind. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the diagnosis, and provide clear instructions for my treatment. Will never ever return and they are an absolutely horrid staff. I am always self pay, walked in on a Sunday to get a suspected spider bite and UTI taken care of. I came with my husband and 4 small children. They made us wait almost 3 hours with a 3 month old, 15 month old, 3 year old and 11 year old. We did everything we could to keep the kids occupied while they took every single person other than us! Then took people after us; one young guy with an eye test among multiple others. I paid $100 to be seen! The front desk associate had the worst sour ass expression on her face: the provider I saw was somewhat nice and had an alright bedside manner but the rest of the people in the office had a horrid stank ass face the whole time. The lady who took my urine sample was ridiculous too. Worst experience ever- we were the last ones to leave and got there at noon. Thereu2019s no reason for what they did to me and my children- making them stay stuck in there for hours. We brought toys and food to occupy our kids but after 3 HOURS thereu2019s only so much you can do. They need to hire some better help and we wonu2019t ever go back there after the way they treated us. And they didnu2019t even know what my bite was. Iu2019m sharing this to my Facebook too.
