They refused to help my son yesterday and tried to say that he didnu2019t have insurance. He got to see his doctor today(with his insurance) and she sends him to the hospital. He has double pneumonia and his kidneys have shut down due to his extreme dehydration. That isnu2019t what you took an oath to do and I hope you get what you deserve for treating people like that.

Great place to go! Ashley Denning has helped me and many of my family members, and she is the one person we specifically ask to be seen by. Sheu2019s always very professional and attentive to our needs. Sheu2019s very knowledgeable and we donu2019t have to wait long to be seen by her. We have never had a bad experience when sheu2019s been there to help us and she is truly one of the best parts of this place. If we know of anyone who needs any medical attention we trust her to take care of them.

I took my son to Med Express and we saw Ashley Denning and she was amazing with him. He was nervous to go to the doctor but Ashley was great. She explained everything she was doing and he was very comfortable with her seeing him. I will continue to take my kids to see Ashley and I would highly recommend anyone needing medical attention to go see her. We drive an hour just to see her because she is professional, experienced and has a great bed side manner.

I called ahead of time to try and be tested for COVID 19, and was told there is a 1 hour and a half wait, which was fine. The receptionist was quite rude, not giving any information about registering or anything. She hung up twice before getting any information, once while I said I was in the parking lot wanting the test.nnNot sure why they need my insurance information, considering itu2019s suppose to be free to be tested. itu2019s up to the nurse if you should be rapid tested or have it sent off, which can be inconvenient for those that need to know sooner rather than later.
