Unfortunately I've had to visit Urgent Care twice within the last month for sinus issues. On the bright side, I've received excellent care on both occasions. I was seen by Great Patoombal each time. He was personable and instantly put me at ease with his friendly manner and professionalism. I appreciated the fact that he took the time to emphasize the importance of taking my Blood Pressure medications consistently, and to take care of myself before taking care of others. On my second visit I needed to have an ear irrigation. The Medical Assistant, Ruth was professional and compassionate, stopping several times during the treatment to ensure I was fine and not in any pain. In fact, it was painless and I felt great relief after the blockage was removed. This is the Urgent Care facility that I go to when needed. It is always clean, and the wait is usually not long at all. Another thing that I appreciate is someone always calls within one or two days to check on my progress and to see if I have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend the MD Now - East Royal Palm Beach location.

Our family cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Roman at MD Now Urgent Care - East Royal Palm Beach! Every time we visit, we are reminded why he is the best doctor we have ever been to. Dr. Roman is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly takes the time to listen and provide the best care possible. He treats every patient like family, and it shows in everything he does.nThe nursing staff is just as amazing, especially Eveu2014 so kind, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire visit. The guy at the front desk and the girl in back (Iu2019m sorry, I donu2019t remember their names) were wonderful and extremely professional and friendly. There was no wait at the time I went in. Karen, my Nurse Practitioner, did exactly what I needed done, and did it quickly and efficiently! I couldnu2019t have asked for a better experience and really appreciated the help I received.

My son was sick over the weekend, and his pediatrician could not get him in. We chose MD Now in Royal Palm and what a great choice it was. Everyone was so nice and kind, especially the manager Eve, she ensured we were treated promptly, and answered many questions we had. Once we got back to the room, we were treated by a wonderful doctor. Dr. Corpus was so kind and knowledgeable and made my son feel at ease. He is a great doctor and we will definitely return to this clinic for any future urgent care needs! Thank you!
