I came to this MD now with a cold that lasted a month. The staff was very quick and efficient, and super polite. The doctor also was very quick and efficient and at first I didnu2019t think he had a bedside manner but after he came back into give me my diagnosis he was very kind I think he was just in a hurry and wanted to take care of his patients. He made sure to let me know that if I had any other problems that I should follow up with them and they would be glad to see me. The interior is clean and it wasnu2019t too busy. I was in and out of there in less than an hour which is remarkable for most urgent cares that I have been to. I definitely will be going back if I have any other problems.

Went in for X-ray because I fell and rolled my ankle. Confirmed it was a sprain and clear instructions for treatment and how to medicate properly.nCidney, Caitlin and Robencia took very good care of me. They were very friendly and showed care and concern for my injury (especially since I have MS)nI was seen quickly and given results quickly.nI highly recommend this Urgent care for any urgent medical needs (non emergency).

Haven't been to this location in years and was unfortunately very disappointed. Not friendly they try to rush you out the door, which led to them not being thorough and me having to go back moments later. Despite having gone back, they reassured me they would correct the error but low and behold, even the next day... still not done which meant a delay in treatment. Next day after I realized issue was not resolved on their end, I called and was placed on hold for what seemed like a never ending hold. Called back a few hours ago, receptionist apologized and forwarded my info to the manager. Manager called, seemed nice but also rushed, and talked over me several times which made no sense because how can you hear a patient's concern if you don't give them a moment to explain but atleast a few hours later my original (yet simple) issue was resolved and I was a able to begin treatment. Yup, should've just went to my usual urgent care and waited the two hours instead of choosing this one that claimed their wait was only 20-30 minutes.

I went to MD Now today, April 24,2025. I was called promptly and was treated with courtesy and respect. I was having an asthma flare up and was seen by Dr Levy who was very kind , patient and receptive. The nurse was a very nice man who administered my nebulizer treatment promptly and brought me a bottle of water afterwards. I always come to MD Now when i have a sudden illness. So much faster than my Dr s office!nThank you ! ud83dude4f
