I went in because Iu2019ve been feeling flu symptoms for a week. I was seen by Laura, NP this morning and she was super helpful, empathetic and helped prescribe medication for me to feel better. I had a wonderful experience during my visit. Dr. Marie Aherndts was incredibly professional, and I was seen promptly with minimal wait time. Both the nurse Kiana and the doctor were attentive, kind, and truly exceptional in their care. The doctor took her time speaking with me, making me feel heard and valued, not just like another patient. Her warmth and reassurance made a difficult time much easier, and her dedication to her work was evident. Iu2019m so grateful she was the one who cared for me when I needed it most.
