Clinic is very clean. Nice deco.nMy sonu2019s doctor, Dr Barbrite is very good and easy to talk to. He understood my needs. The nurse that saw me today was helpful and explained the lab work I requested.nnI wish the scheduler in charge can be more organized in making appointments. My son had several follow up appointments but nothing for lab work until I requested. My son was overdue for lab works. Next year I would like to have one annual checks, then lab works, then follow ups every 6 months. Also it is not always easy to set up am appointment.nnSome staff arenu2019t welcoming & reassuring, especially the nurse that draws blood:-(nOverall, the facility is nice & clean, and is only a stone throw away from my house, so very convenient.

I have been coming to see Mary and my husband sees Dr. Barbarite. We could not ask for better doctors. Both are extremely knowledgeable and caring. Joe is at ease knowing he has his appointment with Dr B. I canu2019t speak more highly of Mary. She has been there through my many issues and always guides me to address them in her very caring manner. She always has all my information from other specialists. Joe and I feel so much more relaxed after our visits knowing our issues will be solved.

I was greeted warmly and timely by the receptionist, Sheila as well as the other employees that were in the officenEveryone that attended to me, seemed to be quite knowledgeable of the work that they were doing and Dr Barbarite as usual , was very knowledgeable, and listened keenly to my medical issues.nI do appreciate that he actually tries to ensure that I understand exactly what could be causing my issues before he prescribes any medication or tests that might be necessary .nI was very satisfied (as usual) with the visit.

Called to check if Dr. Alexandra D. Hensley was accepting new patients, their automated system states that their normal hours of operation are from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday I called at 4:20pm exact, A lady named Karen answered the phone and as her name states she was an absolute Karen very rude for no reason when I nicely asked if the Dr was accepting new patients and told me u201crespectfully you have to call back tomorrow at 9am to receive the infou201d to my question she apparently couldnu2019t answer for me then proceeded to hang up on my face before I could say another word. Dr. Hensley has great reviews which is why I considered taking her on as my pcp but the receptionist was a complete turn off not someone Iu2019d like to deal with long term when calling in the office. Will u201cRESPECTFULLYu201d steer clear from this place. Karen you suck.
