I have never been treated so poorly, I had called MedExpress prior to going to the center I had then expressed what was going on and if I could be seen and evaluated they then assured me that I would be evaluated correctly and that my issue was not a problem and it would be resolved. I then got to the center and spoke to the guy at the front desk I think his name was Dante I asked him again the same question or if I would be wasting my time and yet again he assured me that I would be seen and taken care of, so I then waited a total of two and a half hours to be seen and I paid prior to the visit which the charge was a total of $190.99 they finally then saw me to just tell me that they can't treat me and that id have to go to the ER......how strange to make someone wait basically three hours to just tell me that they can't treat me beyond disgusting and horrible!!

The worst healthcare experience Iu2019ve had. The staff are rude abd seemed overworked, frustrated and ignorant. They vent on their patients when they need the care the most.

I came to be treated for what I believe to be a UTI. I produced my drivers license my Medicare card and my supplemental insurance card which covers all my expenses. They still refused to see me unless I gave them a credit card or a debit card. why do they need a credit card? All my expenses are covered. When I said no, I wasnu2019t going to do that. He informed me that I could not be seen, as that is their policy. I said fine Iu2019ll go somewhere else. Just give me all the information you just put in the computer about me. He refused. Then I asked to speak with the manager. He informed me that he was the manager he was in charge. It was his decision. Then I asked for his name or a business card, indicating who he was and his position he said he didnu2019t have anything his name was Gene.nTHIS IS NO WAY TO RUN A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS !!!!

Came here for a pink eye and had a great experience. Got here exactly at 8am when they opened, checked in online and waited about 30 minutes in my car. Then, was moved inside by the nurse who took my temperature and pressure. Then 20 minutes later PA came in and explained my treatment for the pink eye. While it was time consuming, the staff and physician were amazing and helpful. And I was able to get my eye drops soon after at the pharmacy. I recommend to come early and be prepared to wait in car :) all worth it after that.

I had a very bad experience yesterday at MedExpress. The only reason Iu2019m kind enough to leave two stars and not one is because After pleading my case I was eventually medicated on site.nMy 5 year old son and I got at the Boca location at around 5 pm to be treated for vomit and diarrhea (both of us).nAfter being told to go back to the car to complete the online registration process I was told I was looking at 1:30 wait.nAfter 2 long hours, multiple vomiting episodes we were called in.nWe were seen by a very nice nurse who took our vitals.nAfter that it was over a 30 minute wait to see the Doctor.nAfter examining us he advised us to stay hydrated and to go to the ER if symptoms were worsening! Thatu2019s it????nMy son was begging me for some medication to relief his nausea.nThe Doctor then said he would prescribe us 2 pills of Zofran.nAfter he walked out and after my son throwing up once again I walked out to politely ask him if we could get something to stop our nausea.nHe in turn responded- We donu2019t have any zofran!nThe nurse next to him interfered and said, Yes we do have sublingual!nThe dr in turn frowned and said- Just give it to them.nI tried to ask him a few questions about our condition but he was not very receptive and didnu2019t even turn to look at me.nAfter taking the nausea medicine my son and I felt relief in 20 minutes and we were able to sleep through the night.nThe medication he prescribed to be picked up at the Pharmacy was only ready the next morning!!! We would have gone through the night vomiting non stop!nNeedless to say Iu2019ll stay away from this place!!
