We had a great experience at this urgent care. Dr. Sandhu was professional, kind, and really took the time to listen to our concerns. We never felt rushed u2014 he explained everything clearly and made sure we understood our treatment options. The care was thorough, and we left feeling much better and confident in the plan moving forward. The staff was also friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

The interaction left me questioning whether I had done something wrong, as it felt so off to me.nnI scheduled an appointment due to extreme back pain. I've been working with a physical therapist and my doctor for three months, but the pain had flared up significantly overnight. By the third day, I realized I needed more immediate support than my family doctor could provide.nnThe administrative staff were kind, and the initial person who assessed me was patient. However, when I met the healthcare professional assigned to help me, I felt dismissed. Despite my evident pain, the interaction seemed more focused on determining if I was seeking pain medication. Many of the questions she asked were already covered in my medical chart. She also recommended medications that I had previously noted cause adverse reactions, making it clear she hadnu2019t considered my individual needs.nnThroughout the visit, I tried to communicate that certain movements caused significant pain, asking for a moment to manage it, but these requests were ignored. Additionally, due to my autism, I use small stims to manage anxiety, which had no impact on the tests being conducted. Nevertheless, I was repeatedly instructed to sit a specific way, which heightened my discomfort.nnI wish the professional had approached the situation with curiosity and empathy. It would have also been helpful to know in advance if this urgent care facility is not equipped to handle severe back painu2014information that should be straightforward to provide.nnRecommendation: This urgent care may be suitable for conditions like colds, flu, or minor issues that require quick treatment. However, if you have more complex or severe concerns, I advise seeking care elsewhere to avoid being treated with suspicion or a lack of respect

Pathetic - why do you accept appointments and convey the illusion of the ability to honor them when it doesnu2019t make a difference, whether you make an appointment or not? Just leave the ability to make an appointment off of your website so that people arenu2019t aggravated.

The wait was reasonable with noon appointment time. The desk staff were courteous and effective. The nurse who first interviewed me was likewise pleasant. The doctor was excellent and spent the time to explain my condition and what he was prescribing to help me. Iu2019d give it 10 stars if that was an option.

I arrived early - was seen in a reasonable amount of time. Was greeted and treated with professionalism. Had a good conversation with the Doctor, felt heard and not rushed. X-Ray tech was very empathetic and extremely gentle while gathering the pictures she needed . The whole experience was very comforting -
