Amy Oxley NP was very nice and knowledgeable. Had stomach pain, amongst other things after taking the prescribed antibiotics. So I called and left that note for the Dr. Received a call back the next morning from Chad Miller. Chad was rude terrible phone etiquette and told me to go to the hospital and immediately hung up. While I don't mind his medical opinion, I think that was extremely dismissive. He clearly doesn't care or know how to treat people.

We took my 3yo here Saturday because of ear pain and feversu2026he had an obvious ear infection. We saw Cynthia Williams, MD. She treated him for swimmers earu2026in January. She said antibiotics would suppress my sons immune system and instead of giving him antibiotics, she ordered ear dropsu2026these obviously didnu2019t work because they donu2019t permeate the drum to treat the INNER ear infection he has. My son continued to get worse with worsening ear pain and high fevers so we had to go to the Fayetteville med express today because he is doc is closed d/t stow storm and pay ANOTHER $25 copay to get the medication for my son. Itu2019s really a shameu2026I wonu2019t find myself going to another med express.

Just had my son there today to have a tonsil stone removed and the staff were all fantastic with him. The nurse and doctor were compassionate and thorough. Front desk receptionist was very nice and helpful as well.

This location is a joke. I hesitated going to this one due to previous experience but I was closer to it and decided why not.nnThere were 2 people in front of me it shouldn't be too long. I've probably got acute sinusitis but might as well rule covid/flu. Right? Well, my room had hazardous trash open. Gross and I'm sure a violation.nnAfter an hour later after no one checking in..I pop my head out and ask if anyone plans on coming in. They are sitting there chatting and tell me they'll be here soon, I reply that in 10 minutes I need my money back and I'll go elsewhere. Imagine that it took 2 minutes after that to come right back. Bedside manner was poor. 1 star is pushing it.nnSinusitis. Like I thought. ud83dudc4d

1st time visit @ this location. I was pleasantly surprised... considering the review scores given. The atmosphere was clean, the staff was very professional. The Clinician, Faith Tyler, couldn't have been more caring & kind. She listened to me re: mynsymptoms & made an immediate plan. I'll definitely go to this location, again, but I hope I won't have to. ud83dude0a
